Sisters take tax fight to court

Sisters Joyce and Sybil Burden have spent their lives together, and don't want to be forced to sell their house if one of them dies - a prospect they fear under present inheritance tax law, and one they are fighting at the European Court of Human Rights. Joyce has a liveliness in her voice that belies her 88 years of age. She is angry about the issues which her and her younger sister, Sybil, aged 80, are facing. "My father was a local preacher for 60 years. He worked very hard for this house. So why should we have to lose it?" .
